Dear PCS Members,
Please see the announcement below on election results by the Election Committee.
I’d like to thank all of the 155 PCS families who participated in this election. We have not only made the important choices on the new leaders of our school, but also approved the amended Bylaws by overwhelming majority. Congratulations to all elected officials of our school! Thank all members of the Election Committee for their diligent work to support our school!
As a candidate who witnessed general members’ enthusiasm in our school during the meeting, I’d like to remind everyone to make good use of the new Members’ Forum (会员论坛) at http://hxpcs.org/Forum/.
A quick update on registration for the new school year. We have set the preliminary date of Wednesday June 5 to open registration to current members. The registration system has been temporarily closed in preparation. Please watch for our further announcement.

The Election Committee has conducted the election and vote on the Proposed Amendment of the Bylaws closely following the Notice of the 2013 Election in the afternoon of Sunday, June 2, 2013 at the Lower Cafeteria, West Windsor – Plainsboro High School North. The Committee has received 152 ballots casted on spot, of which 147 valid, and 5 invalid. The Committee has also received 3 Absentee Ballots, which are all valid. The numbers of votes of each candidate have received are listed as follows:
Candidates for the Principal/Assistant Principal

According to the Election Guideline, The Committee hereby certifies that Rennan PAN/Feng LUO have been elected as the Principal/Assistant Principal; and Yanhui CHEN, Weihong LIU, Qi WANG, Yang XIANG, and Xun ZHANG have been elected as members of the Board of Trustees.
The Election Committee also conducted vote on the Proposed Amendment of HXPCS Bylaws by using the same Ballot. There are 135 Ballots approved the Amendment, and 5 against it. Accordingly, The Committee certifies that the Amendment has been approved.
The Election followed all legal procedures and went smoothly. The Committee would like to thank you, and the Board of Trustees for your trust in us. We also would like to thank the volunteers, especially Wei JIA, Qiang SHEN, and Gensheng YUAN, for their great help during the election. Above all, we thank all candidates for their willingness to serve the HX Chinese School! We wish them all very bests in taking the School to a higher level, and set a model for Chinese schools in America!
