Subject: Graduates, outstanding graduates, attendees and retiring principal info needed due to day

Dear branch principals,

This is a reminder that if your school has students graduating this year, please provide their English and Chinese names along with the outstanding graduate list per requirements in the earlier notices if you have not done so.   Also kindly supply the headcount of all graduates and their parents to attend the 2014 HX Graduation Ceremony on June 7th.   If you are retiring from the current principal position, please also provide your full English and Chinese names.   All the aforementioned information is due by the end of today.  If no reply is received by 7:00 pm tomorrow,   the graduate list from your branch will be based on the HSK score reports that the head quarter has on hand only for those who took the tests held at three HX designated HSK sites in March;  no graduates will be listed among the 2014 HX outstanding graduates.  The information is critical for the preparation of the 2014 HX Graduation Ceremony.

Your attention to this urgent notice is highly appreciated.
