graduation ceremony

Hello everyone,

 

I hope you are looking forward to this Sunday and that you will allow me to give you my last barking order as the principal:-)

Members of the PTA will be busy organizing the reception party in the lobby so I won't bother them.

Members of the admin, the board and the advisory board, if you can, please see if you can help with the following.  

 

between 9:15 - 9:55

 

-put up sign on stage

 

-put up grade/class seating signs

-move graduation gowns from storage to the back stage and get them ready for the graduates.

- help Jianping and Feng Lan set up the registration table in the lobby. They two have been working non-stop for the past 2 Sundays. It would be nice if you can check in with them through the morning and offer your help.

My husband and I will be inside the theatre by 9AM. Would really appreciate it if some of you can come to help so we can start the ceremony at 10 punctually.
