need your passport photos

Dear all,

Every year, HXCS (华夏中文学校总校）publishes a yearbook （年鉴）for each of its 20 branches. Please see the attached HXNYC 2012 yearbook.

I would like to have one for all our team members to be included in the 2013 yearbook. Please kindly submit a portrait photo of yours. Doesn't have to be strictly of passport standard as long as it's one inch by 2 inch in size. I took one at home with my iPhone last year.

If possible, I would like to have them by Wednesday when I have to submit ours to the editor.

Desperately need a mug shot of yours. So far, only 3 team members have kindly obliged.

I know it's work but we are making wonderful memories of a great year as a team. So please make a little effort and send me the photo even if you submitted one last year.

Tomorrow is the deadline from me to 总校:-(
