Given the urgency of approaching trademark response deadline, HXCS's request is understandable.

HXCS lawyer has helped transferring HXNY trademark to our school and our school has been helping them to get HXCS trademark for over a year.

School's reputation is much more important than the trademark.
I suggest fully cooperate with HXCS.

Dear Jenny,

This issue is working on directly from HQ Principal with NYC Principal. The Principal has already reverted back to the HQ Principal.

An all leadership meeting will be called on Wed. night to discuss the details per Principal Lijie. Julian will call the meeting shortly.

All board members are aware of the Trademark situation. The teams want to update everyone the new information surfaced on 6/7/2014.
