closing call for reimbursements

Many of you have spent money out of your own pocket in the course of organizing school activities, please try your best to bring the receipts and the completed expense report (enclosed here) this Sunday. The school needs to close its book for the year and I would like to see you getting fully reimbursed for all your expenses.
