The HXL Working Group is considering additional attributes to identify affected groups in displacement situations:
  • an attribute to identify community hosts (e.g. #affected+hosts)
  • an attribute to distinguish the local population from the displaced population (e.g. #targeted+local)
  • an attribute to identify people with disabilities (e.g. #reached+disabled)
  • (possibly) an attribute to distinguish repatriated people/households from internal returnees — still to be determined.
We would be interested in your input on any or all of these.

You can see the existing HXL core attributes for populations listed under #affected in the HXL hashtag and attribute dictionary (they also apply to #inneed, #targeted, and #reached, and some apply to #population).

Thanks, and all the best,

David
