New HXL data provider: ACF West Africa

I'm happy to announce that ACF West Africa has joined the HXL data family, with an upload of HXL-tagged (and p-coded) biomass data to HDX:

They plan to add a similar water-access dataset soon. You can find a list of all HXL-tagged datasets known to HDX here:
