Возможно, это чья-то злая шутка и была подана жалоба с применением неких данных разработчиков. Так или иначе, восстановить расширение в магазине будет почти невозможно.
На данный момент оно также будет работать, если уже установлено в хроме, но его придется включить снова.
Никаких обновлений более не смогу выпустить.
