deep bound track at HWMCC'14 CAV edition

We will have again a deep bound track with award as last year
and (for the first time) there will be real silver medals,
since we are part of the VSL Olympic games.  Otherwise
we do not plan to change much, except (if everything works
out) , to use more powerful hardware.

This is for the CAV edition affiliated to FLOC and VSL.

What about witness generation for falsified properties?will it be mandatory as anticipated at fmcad? (I'd vote for yes, fwiw)
