This fall's Swap will feature our delightful neighbor, Cecilia Dodd, demonstrating how to create a nature-inspired, cement birdbath out of a large leaf! Here, Cecilia displays an elephant leaf birdbath she made this week. With the leaf peeled away from the cement, it's ready to go. Now is a great time to learn how to make your own lovely garden ornament, while there are still leaves in gardens from which to choose. Join Cecilia and other gardening neighbors at the Fall Plant Swap on Saturday, September 23, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at 3005 "little" Blakemore Avenue, and feel free to bring a friend or new neighbor.
