I wanted to remind you that the Planning Commission meeting to hear the Vanderbilt Innovation proposal is tomorrow, Thursday, April 23 at 4 pm at the Howard School Building at 700 President Ronald Reagan Way. There is more info here about the Planning Commission meeting including the staff report with conditions starting on page 62.
Further, here is a list of concessions Vanderbilt has made based on concerns that came from their community engagement meetings and outreach, my dialogue with neighbors, from neighborhood leadership, and other stakeholders and Metro Departments as well as common sense practices and protections. We all helped generate these changes and it's a step in the right direction. 
 
This isn’t to say negotiations are complete. Planning is only one step in the process as they make a recommendation to Council where legislation goes through three readings, another public hearing, and rich discussion about necessary amendments to the proposal.
