All- I know some have gotten power restored some partially, many not at all. I’m staying in touch with NES and NDOT on our needs. They continue to work and get numbers down all over the city. I know it’s not fast enough given the dangers.

NES priority is REPAIRS that impact the most number of people (poles down, transformers). As that happens more individual or small issues will become apparent and those will take longer to address.

NDOT is removing trees and branches from lanes once NES has cleared wires. I have reported many lines I’ve seen across the district. Downed lines should be reported to 911 and note if they are smoking/sparking. Some lines are internet/phone and not as dangerous as electric so may not meet same priority from Fire Department.

I strongly expect we will get extra brush pick up from NDOT in the coming weeks. If possible, place in right of way so as to not impede sidewalks. See “Crisis cleanup” below for help. with cleanup on private property.

Most other requests should be reported to hub or by calling 311. They will direct to the correct department. If you request is declared closed when it doesn’t seem to be, it might means it’s already been received prior to yours by the department and is in the queue.
