You’re invited to kick off your spring cleaning at today’s FREE Community Recycle Day, which the fine folks from Belmont-Hillsboro Neighbors and I are delighted to co-sponsor for the third year in a row.

Saturday, March 21 from 9:00 AM to Noon

Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee

3421 Belmont Boulevard

(corner of Belmont & Woodmont)

FREE TO ALL RESIDENTS 

 

With six vendor/collectors and a team of volunteer unloaders on hand, you can drop off the following non-commercial items for recycling, upcycling, and secure disposal:

 

* On-site document shredding (Knight-Horst Shredding)

* Prescription & over-the-counter medications (MNPD)

* Scrap metal (Waste Solutions of Tennessee)

* Electronic waste (City eWaste)

* Bulk items, like mattresses (NDOT)

* Gently used household items (The ARC of TN)

* Please check complete listings of acceptable/non-acceptable items, attached.
