Innovation Neighborhood Update

Dear neighbors,
Over the last several weeks Vanderbilt University has been in conversation with the Hillsboro-West End Neighborhood Association regarding our proposed Innovation Neighborhood. We appreciate the thoughtful feedback shared throughout these conversations.
In response to requests made by board members to address issues around height, traffic and other topics, Vanderbilt has made some additional changes to the proposal.
The attached letter details those changes. Also attached is a letter to the community from April 17 detailing a first round of changes. The accommodations and adjustments to the plan outlined today are in addition to previous commitments.
