Construction Update: Garland Avenue Closure
Ongoing construction by Vanderbilt will require the closure of Garland Avenue between 24th Avenue South and 25th Avenue South from
June 22 through the end of November to allow for the installation of new utilities.
During this period, a detour route to and from Medical Center North's shuttle drop-off area will be in place. Vehicular traffic will be rerouted via Highland Avenue to access Stevenson Center Lane and the Medical Center North Round Wing.
Traffic control personnel and directional signage will be on-site to assist both vehicles and pedestrians throughout the closure period.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as Vanderbilt hosts this event and continues infrastructure improvements on campus. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for being a valued neighbor.
