You are cordially invited to the 2025 Hillsboro-West End Neighborhood Association Annual Meeting on Monday, November 3rd at the Moxy Hotel beginning at 6:30 PM. Come celebrate with us, meet neighbors new and old, and stay up to date with all things HWEN. 

Interested in getting involved? We are still welcoming new Board members for 2026! Our all-volunteer group works on a wide range of projects including monitoring local zoning developments, advocating for safer streets and sidewalks, and organizing neighborhood events including the Garden Tour, Community Yard Sale, Plant Swap and Dragon Music Sunday concerts.  There’s something for every interest and passion, and it doesn’t matter whether you’ve been in the neighborhood for decades or for weeks, whether you rent or own.
