Hello!

I wanted to know if anyone minded sharing plans for summer camp. Where your children might be going and what weeks. I signed Cade up for the first 2 weeks at Waldorf and have also heard wonderful things about Sticks and Stones.

3 months off leaves a lot of room for options!

Yes - loads of options (and time)...
In addition to local P&R and sports camps, we're planning on signing P up for Sticks & Stones and Waldorf camp as well. S&S week of 7/22, Waldorf week of 7/29.

Hey Janis and all -- we tend to be more of the "last minute" camp sort ... we haven't signed up for anything yet but will surely do some weeks at Sticks and Stones and probably the Waldorf camp at some point as well. Good to hear when you are sending Patrick, John, as we will try and send Nate at the same time. Not everyone is going to camp this summer, but it would be helpful to share our schedules with each other so we know whazzup!

We are also planning a long trip in August to the Queen Charlotte Islands in BC ... very excited!

See some of you soon in the Roxbury mud :) and others along the way. Have a great long weekend.

PS! We are planning a beach day this Mem Day Monday in honor of Nate's 10th birthday (which got a little squeezed because of the farm trip). Looks like Monday's going to be the only nice day. All are welcome to join us for crabbing and beachcombing and snacks and cake -- look for a "last minute" invite soon. :)

Hello All!

Just wanted to let everyone know we have narrowed down our camp plans and hopefully it will gel with some of yours. I know Cade would love to see his friends :)
We are doing the 2 Coyotes program Wildwood Rangers the week of July 8th and Waldorf Camp the week of July 15th.
Dietrich's dad will be having surgery in mid July so we are bit up in the air and pray all goes well.

We hope to have an opportunity to have lots of playdates with the balance of our weeks off! Cade has made a deep connection to his classmates and Waldorf in such a short time. Thank you to all who have been so welcoming to us… we truly feel so blessed to be part of such a special group of people. This year started off very rocky for us but to watch our son go to school happy, come home happy and bond with your children has meant more to us than you know.
