A seasoned Project manager with demonstrated understanding of Java projects.
Preferred experience with integration projects.

Understanding of the project management paradigms and clarity on the nuances of T&M, FPP/FCP and project delivery models -- Agile and Waterfall.

Demonstrated capability to lead and grow large distributed teams in a complex environment.
Telecom exposure is preferred.

Candidate should be able to demonstrate a stewardship role in coordinating between the larger Wipro ecosystem and help guide/align the Wipro team to customer needs.

Candidate should be well versed in customer interactions and should be able to quickly grasp the expectations and align team deliverables in accordance.

Candidate should be able to interact with the customer technical delivery leaders, define and shape the requirements working with the technology leaders from Wipro.

Candidate should have very good communication (written and verbal) and should have the proven capability to achieve defined outcomes within profitable timelines.

Candidate should exhibit a clear understanding on Quality, SOW creation, Legal and operational aspects of the project management scope.

Candidate should be a willing learner and proven mentor for his team.

Candidate should demonstrate the willingness to hand-hold his team, create/track/report and deliver the deliverables as per defined scope.
