The details of the requirements are as follows:

 

Microsoft .Net

Experience : 4-12yrs

·         Dot Net Framework 3.0 / 3.5

·         C# Programming, ASP.Net 2.0 / 3.5, Ajax, Web Services, WCF, Work flow Foundation, Microsoft Enterprise Library 3.1/4.1, UML, Object Modeling, Visio/Enterprise Architect, OOAD, Design Patterns.

·         Application design skills – high level and low level design, SQL Server 2005/2008 – database concepts, designing & programming skills.

Business Analyst

Experience :8-12yrs

·         8+ years of relevant software experience in reputed IT organizations. 

·         At least 5 years of IT/Functional Business Analysis experience.

·         Domain expertise in Capital Markets/ Mortgage/ Insurance.

·         Formal Business and Functional Requirements gathering knowledge. 

·         Strong UML modeling skills. Strong knowledge of Configuration Management and Change Management.

·         Experience writing Business Requirement Documents, Use Cases/User Stories etc.

·         Strong analytical and including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Manual/ Automation testing

Experience :3-8yrs

·         Extensive experience in Software Testing.

·         At least 2+ years of experience in QTP or any other automation tools.

·         Extensive experience in SQL Testing, VB Scripting and  Descriptive Programming.

Performance/ Load testing

Experience :3-8yrs

·         Experience with Load and Performance testing, especially in   creating a strategic Performance Testing Plan from scratch.

·         Experience in creating automated Regression Test Scripts.

·         Knowledge of Python, PERL, UNIX/Linux Shell Scripts, PL/SQL.

Java

Experience :3-8yrs

·         Good Understanding of OOPS concepts & Core Java (Collections, Multi threading, etc)

·         Good Knowledge J2EE  (EJB, Servlets, JSP, JMS, etc)

·         Good knowledge on Struts, Spring ,Hibernate, Swing, XML

 

PL/SQL

Experience: 4- 6years

·         Very Strong in SQL queries, PL/SQL and data modeling

·         Exp in handling huge amounts of data in TB

·         Knowledge of basic DBA activities like import export, schema creation, data partitioning, etc

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Can run explain, plan and understand the optimizers
