Role                 : Technical Architect
Experience        :  10+ years

Job duties/skill expectations:
·        Experience in software development processes with specific focus on requirement gathering on  non-functional requirements
·        Experience in Core Java, Web Services, JAVA, SPRING, JAXB, CXF, etc . Web services knowledge is a must (SOAP, REST), Knowledge of Drools, GWT and exposure to database designing & RDBMS concepts desirable
·        Experience in designing new frameworks and understanding/debugging existing frameworks
·        Experience of technical integrations with third party applications
·        Experience in identification and mitigation of security related threats to application
·        Experience in estimation techniques/methodologies on multiple technologies
·        Experience in handling customers, especially in NA geography
·        Effective in handling teams, grooming, identifying the training needs etc.
·        Knowledge of P&C domain

Role                 :  Solution Architect
Experience        :  10+ years

Job duties/skill expectations:
·        Strong P&C Insurance domain and insurance software products knowledge. Preferably in the NA geography
·        Experience in UML based analysis and design using tools
·        Design/Development experience with object oriented programming preferably JAVA technology stack
·        Experience in solutioning using business rules and workflow engines
·        Experience in software development processes with specific focus on requirement gathering
·        Experience in estimation techniques/methodologies on multiple technologies
·        Ability to understand and use frameworks to design and review solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
·        Experience in any database with deep understanding of RDBMS concepts
·        Lead teams of software specialists / engineers for the creation / implementation of solution architecture for a product/application
·        Experience in managing a team of 10-12 resources

For New Joinee in Grade 8	·        Rs 50,000/- per candidate joining India location	·        Applicable only for candidates joining in India location ·        Applicable only for joinees in Solution Architect and Technical Architect roles ·        Bonus payable only after the confirmation of the referred employee (typically 3 months) ·        For successful referrers not based in India, an equivalent of Rs. 50,000 converted to the appropriate local currency would be paid
For New Joinee in Grade 10 & above	·        Rs 75,000/- per candidate joining India location ·        USD 1,250/- per candidate joining North America location	·        Applicable only for candidates joining in India and North America location ·        Applicable only for joinees in Solution Architect and Technical Architect roles ·        Bonus payable only after the confirmation of the referred employee (typically 3 months) ·        For  successful referrers not based in India or US, an equivalent of Rs. 75,000 converted to the appropriate local currency would be paid
