Craftsmen by Design, is having their second annual fall craft show.
All money collected will go directly toward advertising. We will be
looking for feedback from those participating so we can improve future
events. This will be a juried show and booths must be neat and have a
professional appearance. Tables must be covered to the floor and
crafts displayed in a neat and professional manner within space
boundaries. However, since we will have to work within the time frame
given to us by the mall, we do not expect elaborate displays.
Participants will be expected to follow show rules and show
etiquette.
All participants will be expected to donate an item of their work for
a fundraising raffle to benefit a local non-profit organization TBA.
Date: Saturday, October 19, 2013
Time: 10am to 4pm
Location: Poughkeepsie Plaza Mall. Assigned spaces will be
throughout the mall hallway.
Set Up: Saturday October 19 7:30 am -9:30am.
Jury: 4 photos or a CD of your work and a photo or written
description of the display you will be using.
Fees: 4’x8’ --$40 4’x16’--$60
Electricity: (availability limited) Vendors must provide heavy duty
extension cords, 6 outlet plugs and use energy savings lights. Cords
will not be allowed in customer walkways and final decisions of where
cords can be will be at the discretion of Craftsmen by Design.
Tax Number: sales tax numbers are mandatory and sales tax must be
collected.

Single media artists will be given preference. Only handmade items
you personally manufactured will be accepted. This contract is not
transferable and is valid only for those whose name[s] appears on the
original contracts. It is understood that Craftsmen by Design will
not be held responsible or liable for damage to property or loss
through theft, breakage, fire, or any cause whatsoever or for injury
to patrons caused by the vendor.
