Dear ISHRAE Chennai chapter members,

Mr. Rajeev Kakkar will speak on "HLCP, Hourly Load Calculation Program" in the afternoon of 20th August 2008 August 2008 as apart of Module 4 of CEP on Developments in Air Conditioning and Ventilation, 16-22 August 2008, IIT Madras. The detailed program table is attached.

HLCP, Hourly Load Calculation Program was developed by ISHRAE Mumbai Chapter. Mr. Kakkar will demonstrate the use of HLCP explaining all intricacies involved therein. I am sure this will be useful to all practicing AC Engineers, Consultants, etc. more so because the session is handled by the program developer.

I take great pleasure in inviting all ISHRAE members to join the afternoon session. I urge all members to avail this opportunity to learn about HLCP developed by our sister chapter.

The program is being conducted at Central Lecture Theater (CLT) in Humanities Science Block (HSB), IIT Madras. It is about 2.5 km from the IIT Main In-gate.The attached two maps can guide you to reach CLT.

In the Campus Map,  In Gate  is at Block: O-1 (Green),  CLT  is at  Block: G-15 (Yellow)

There are free buses plying from In-gate every 15 minutes. One can get down at Gajendra Circle (GC), walk further to reach CLT or get down at HSB block and walk through its corridor up to CLT. (Please see the attached satellite map which also shows the location of TGH),  Further down, the same bus can take you to Taramani Guest House (TGH) as well in a circuitous route.

For further assistance, one can enquire with general public / security personnel in the campus.

Thanking you and with warm regards

Yours Sincerely
