🚨 We're Hiring: HVAC Supervisor 🚨
Are you an experienced HVAC professional with strong leadership skills? Do you have what it takes to supervise field teams, oversee preventative maintenance, and ensure top-notch system performance in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for an HVAC Supervisor to lead field teams responsible for HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in Controlled Environmental Vaults (CEVs) supporting Mobility BTS Operations. This role is perfect for someone who can manage daily operations, mentor technicians, and provide hands-on support when needed.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and supervise HVAC technicians in the field.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and client standards.
✅ Oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
✅ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex HVAC issues.
✅ Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
✅ Coordinate with the client’s Contract Administrator for approvals.

📌 What You Need:
✔ 5+ years of HVAC experience (2+ years in a leadership role).
✔ Strong expertise in split systems, economizers, and alarm systems.
✔ EPA 608 Certification required.
✔ Experience in telecommunications or controlled environments is a plus
✔ Ability to work in the field, climb ladders, and handle physically demanding tasks.
