Hello All-

 

We have a TASTE NY event coming up at the Belmont Race Track, in Elmont NY on a prominent race day on October 19^th.  After the success of TASTE NY at the Saratoga Race Track, Belmont and NYRA has invited us to attend their Empire Showcase Day. Their vendors in past years have done very well with sales on this day due to the high attendance and it being close to the holidays.

 

If you would be so kind to pass this opportunity along to any companies you feel would be interested.  Because of the location of the track, we are focusing on companies in the Lower Hudson Valley, Metro and Long Island areas.

 

There are only a few restrictions for the sale of alcohol.

·         Because of a sponsorship with Woodford, they will not permit us to sell any whiskey

·         Due to Centerplate insurance restrictions, they will provide staff to pour samples with a small fee to do so.  (All the information is included in the letter) The companies are then allowed to focus on the sales and marketing of their products.

·         This will be a by the bottle sales event

 

Many thanks to all of you for your continued help with getting the message out for all of our TASTE NY events. You have all been an invaluable resource and vital to the success of this program.
