Oct 26 event in Hudson

hi all,

Would any of you like to participate in a "cider reception" by serving your cider at a screening party for a new film about the Hudson Valley at the Basilica in Hudson on Sat Oct 26?

Estimated attendance: 150 - 200 people
Event will start around 6PM, movie will screen around 7.30PM, from 8.30 - 11.30 will be dinner and celebration.
Food served "canteen-style" by Fresh or similar caterer (TBC) after film screening
Producers can serve or we can have servers do it so they can focus on talking to people
Guests will be asked to make a donation to cover the expenses of the film production (so it is doubling as a premiere and a fundraiser).

They would ask that you donate the cider to be served before and after the movie, we are discussing having only cider before the film, with the addition of beer and wine after - not sure about that right now.

I would be very pleased for a few of you to be there so we can have a real Cider Week event in Hudson this year!
