Hi Elinor - well it's the last Sunday to drum up support for next Saturday's weatherization event, so if there is any space left in this Sunday's edition of the Chalice Chat it would be great if you can get something in.
Here's what I've come up with below - feel free to edit if necessary to make it fit.

Next Saturday May 5th - from 10AM to 4PM in the Sanctuary
Join us in our first congregation-wide Green Sanctuary effort, as we work together to save energy, water, and reduce our carbon footprint.
We will be guided by knowledgable volunteers from Cambridge HEET in several efforts:
- air-sealing leaky spots in our walls, floors, and ceilings
- reducing water and electricity use where possible
- weather-stripping doors

May 5th is also an international day of climate action sponsored by 350.org to "Connect the Dots" between CO2 emissions and Climate Change.
We will be using our creative energies throughout the day to make these connections real and to take steps to reduce our own emissions.

Green Sanctuary Committee members - if we can all meet for a few minutes after service this weekend to do a little planning, that would be great.
I will be there with a sign-up sheet (there's also one on the web mentioned above but I don't know if many people will use that) and it would be great to have people there to bring more volunteers into the effort.

Thanks!

-Eric
