Hutter prize updates

We have received about a dozen Hutter prize entries since June, most
of them this month. Before submitting, you might want to check the
Large Text Compression Benchmark at

Some of the top entries are still pending testing.
Currently we are testing an unreleased submission with a claimed size of
S = comp9 + archive9 = 3,133,539 + 94,128,136 = 97,261,675 bytes:
