memory = 940 MB
decompression time = 7997 sec (2.2 Ghz Athlon-64 in Windows XP Home (32
bit), 2 GB memory).

This is less than a 1% improvement over paq8hp7. I verified that
decompression was correct.

This is for the version posted Jan 18 2007 to
http://start.binet.com.ua/~artest/HKCC/ replacing a version posted 2
days earlier that compressed poorly.
