The total size for phda9v1.8 is currently listed as 116'673'681. How was this size computed?

I get a different result when I use this formulate from the rules: S := length(comp9a.exe/zip)+2×length(decomp9.exe/zip)+length(archive9.bhm)

size of compression executable in .zip is: 558298 bytes

compressed enwik9 size is: 116544849 bytes

size of decompression executable in .zip is: 42944 bytes

Total size = 558298 + 2*42944 + 116544849 = 117189035

Phda9 was calculated under the old rules that only included the decompressor. That number is still the baseline under the new rules just to make it harder.
