FW: Changes to Public access at Honiana Te Puni Reserve - Western end

Update from the good folks building Te Ara Tupua (Petone to Ngauranga Path)..

As work continues and we move towards opening in the second quarter of next year, we will be working in the access road into the Honiana work site. The work includes adding kerbing to both sides of the road and installing lights on the northern side.

 

This means, for safety of public and our team, from Monday 8th December we will close access as detailed in the attached.

This will remain closed until we open the shared path. 

 

Access to the beach to the west of the bridge over Korokoro stream will remain open

 

We will be installing signage and a copy of this map at each end of the closure.
