Beltway plans and risk register

Hi folks!
As per my earlier email, HCC have provided the Beltway plans for our reference and review. I have uploaded these to the HCN drive under the HCC Plans/Beltway folder.
There are three new files – the Central and Northern sections of the Beltway (Central Set Combined.PDF and Northern Set Combined.PDF respectively), plus the Safety in Design Register (Beltway Cycleway - SiD Register June 2018.PDF).

The designs are pretty comprehensive given the number of reviews they have had. As with any construction project things evolve when you move to building it as items come up everyday to resolve so there will be a number of changes already been or being implemented and I have no doubt more will become apparent, its the nature of the beast!
The drawings are large files and include sections, lighting design as well as general layouts.

Please provide your feedback to the group, and we will collate and provide this at our meeting with HCC.
HCC will then assess any feedback in conjunction with Simon Kennett to ensure they continue to implement a best practice outcome and anything proposed will need to be looked at against current standards and guidelines. Of course budget also plays a part!
