Hi folks!
FYI, some more temporary closures of the Hutt River trail coming up, this time on the Western side south of Melling Bridge.
Thanks,

Subject: Te Awa Kairangi - Hutt River Trail Update
Kia ora koutou,
Hope you’re all keeping well.
At the August PDLG meeting, the team updated you on the switch over of the active mode path north of Melling Link Bridge to Kennedy Good Bridge, from the west to the eastern side of Te Awa Kairangi / Hutt River.
To enable us to relocate the existing water main on Pharazyn St and refurbish the Western Hills sewer main, part of the Hutt River Trail south of Melling Link Bridge on the western side will also be closed (as per the map below).

Path users will be diverted to nearby street footpaths or the eastern side of Te Awa Kairangi / Hutt River.
We will be installing wayfinding signage along both sides of the river later this week but would appreciate if you could also share this message with your networks.
Many thanks,
Kia pai tō rā! | Have a great day!
