[PATCH] docs/zh_CN: rust: remove Rust experiment section

Sync upstream changes to remove the outdated Rust experiment section.
The Rust experiment was concluded at the 2025 Linux Kernel Maintainers
Summit, and Rust is now officially part of the kernel.

This Chinese translation sync has its own commit message standard.

As mentioned in the previous email, we need to first capture the commit
of experiment removal in English.

Then we can revise the commit message.
