We hope that all members of the Hurley community had a very Happy Thanksgiving.  In this time of giving and gratitude, the Neighborhood Parents for the Hurley School is launching its Annual Fund.  The focus of this year’s Annual Fund appeal is to raise enough money to continue to close the day-to-day gaps in funding, while also seeding our top priorities for improvements in learning, infrastructure and play. These include:

·       Remodeling the Hurley auditorium to serve as a flexible, multi-use space

·       Building a cutting-edge, bilingual STEAM program

·       Investing in the Hurley schoolyard to promote safety, learning, and healthy play

Tomorrow, December 3rd, is Giving Tuesday.  This is a perfect day to make your gift to NPHS, and support our amazing public school.  If your employer matches gifts, your impact can be doubled.

Esperamos que todos los miembros de la comunidad de Hurley hayan tenido un Día de Acción de Gracias muy lindo. En este época de dar y agradecer, la Asociación de Padres de la Escuela Hurley (NPHS) inicia su recaudación anual.
El enfoque de este año de nuestra recaudación es obtener fondos suficientes para continuar el financiamiento del día a día de la escuela y al mismo tiempo comenzar a trabajar en nuestras prioridades que son el implementar el aprendizaje, infraestructura y el juego. Esto incluye:

* La remodelación del auditorio de Hurley para hacerlo un espacio multi-uso.
* Construcción de un programa innovador bilingüe de STEM.
* Invertir en el parque de juego para hacerlo un espacio seguro.
