Hurley Families,
On behalf of NPHS, and the TropiCaliente Committee, thank you so much for the support and generosity you showed last week. TropiCaliente, the biggest annual fundraiser for the school, was a huge success. The party was a lot of fun, and a great deal of money was raised. We are still finalizing numbers, but we expect to have brought in almost $115,000. That money will benefit all students at the Hurley, and is a testament to the strength of the school.
If you couldn’t make it, but still want to donate, please visit supporthurley.org. It isn’t too late! Your money will help pay for music and dance classes, reading interventions, STEM materials, and more.
If you have any feedback on the event, please let me know. We will be starting to plan Tropi ’20 soon, and would appreciate hearing what you loved, and what we could do to make the night even better.
The next NPHS meeting is Tuesday, May 21st, 7 PM, at my home- 83 Worcester St., Unit 1. We would love to have new people join us.
