The Boudet luteback that Lorna previously listed for sale is now on eBay as a 3-day auction at a very low starting price -- $2890. The item number is 131379372320 .

As stated below, I'm just announcing this for the owner, so don't contact me with questions, contact Lorna. She's in the SF bay area.

 

Really a very good deal, I hope this finds its way into good hands.

I wanted to let you and Roz know that I am selling my lute-back Boudet C/G hurdy gurdy. This is the one that I bought from Debra Dawson in 2008. It was made for her in about 1993 by Jean Claude Boudet. It is in excellent shape and plays brilliantly.

It has two chanterelles, four sympathetic strings, and the four drones (gros, petite, mouche, and trompette).

It comes with a hard-shell wheeled suitcase that makes a dandy case.

I'm asking $5,500.

If you or anyone you know is interested, they can call me at 510-205-2531. I'm going to be putting it up on Craigslist as well.
