Lute Back Hurdy Gurdy for Sale

Judy here; I live in Olympia, WA and some of you know me from Folklife and/or the OTW Music Festival. I’m downsizing to one gurdy and selling my 1991 Michael Hubbert lute backed hurdy gurdy. It’s a beautifully crafted instrument and a great performance instrument—it’s helped fuel a number of French Country Dances at Folklife in Seattle. I recently updated the tuning system to Peghed tuners, installed by Alden Hackmann of Olympia Musical Instruments. These turn easily by hand.
Included are a soft case, accessory pouch, one extra dog, two tangents, and one tangent blank. The gurdy is set up in G/C. I’m asking $5000 plus shipping.
