Project Pat Memorial Tournament

Hey All, 

    The Project Pat Memorial Tournament is this Friday November 25th. We already have about 70 people registered and can only allow up to 100 players for the tournament. Check the website to see if you are registered or if your payment is missing. If your payment is missing, your spot is NOT secured for the tournament. The weather should be great on Friday (Sunny to Partly Clouding, 50's) and will be a great day of ultimate. If you have not done so, please register now to make sure you have a spot, once we reach 100 players we can't allow anyone else to play, you may show up Friday but you might not have a spot to play.

-Registration/Baggage Request/Team formation will start at 8:30am. If you wish to have baggage, please be there at 8:30am to submit your request. Games will start shortly after 9am sharp. 

-Each player will receive a t-shirt to play in

-There will be food to snack on (bagels, soup, bananas, hot chocolate)

-White Noise/Mike McCourt will be playing music during games

-Chris Ambrosio will be selling sweat bands and wrist bands and all proceeds will be donated to the Patrick McCourt scholarship fund

-There will be 5 teams

-4 games of round robin play, 45min, 11pt cap

-After round robin, the teams will be seeded and the 5th seed will be dropped out

-First round of bracket play will be 45min, 11pt cap

-Finals will be 1hr 15min, 13pt cap... aiming to end around 4pm

-Water will be provided but you may want to bring your own just in case

Rules for the fields from the Town of Huntington:

-No food or drinks on the turf fields (only water is allowed)

-No pets

-No metal spikes

Everyone is welcome to come hangout even if they will not be playing, there will be a bunch of people watching and enjoying the day. I highly encourage everyone that wants to play to register ASAP to secure your spot and those who have not paid yet, to do so immediately.
