Title: Business Data Analyst with IQVIA/SHA Experience
Location: North Chicago, IL

Locals Preferred (Hybrid Remote, 3 days remote, 2 days on-site
depending )
Description:

alignment with the MABI resource that is being brought in on the business side.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Working with Market Access business counterpart, responsible for daily
operations and overall governance of payer master data. Drive innovation, data
quality enhancements and process efficiency. Proactively identify and share
best practices and lessons learned with peers and management.
Provide guidance to cross functional teams related to the data.
Execute strategic data initiatives and set operational priorities in
coordination with MABI Insights teams,
Data Strategy, Sales Operations, and BTS.
Optimize the data operations and effectiveness while providing the greatest
business value
Ensure data needs of the launch product teams are met leveraging existing
solutions and providing insight for the development new ones as needed.
Leverage the lessons learned from previous launches to avoid prior
inefficiencies and maximize effectiveness
Manage and/or coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of transformed data
and infrastructure according to business requirements.
Effectively communicate status, results and achievements across all the
appropriate teams.
Preferred:
BA or BS degree required
5+ years of experience in Data Operations, IT or related field
Experience with IQVIA/SHA subnational payer data
Experience with Market Access and Managed healthcare highly preferred
Master
Data Management background and concepts
Working experience with Reltio would be a benefit for this position

What years of experience, education, and/or certification is required? 3 - 5
years experience supporting business applications in a technology environment,
high level of verbal and written communication needed, ability to work with some
guidance, problem solving skills, able to work in a collaborative team
environment to provide recommendations for improved systems outcomes. Provide
guidance to offshore support team.
What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements,
experience, education, or certification? Background in pharmaceutical and
Managed Healthcare reporting.
What is the environment that this person will be working in (i.e. group setting
vs individual role)? Working within a team to support the Market Access
business client and technology solutions team. Work will be daily individual
assignments/support tasks that will be reoccurring along with data governance
and other support tasks that can vary based on need.
Is any testing required for this role? Data verification will be required, some
testing as needed.
Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is
it an on-site role? Can be a mix of on-site and remote. Would like to start out
with full onsite until training is complete, and resource/team feels
comfortable. If remote opportunity exists, what are the options. Potentially 3
days remote, 2 days on-site depending on business clients schedule
