Dear Friends & Family,
As many of you know, we are in the process of purchasing a home in Westchester. We’re finally making the leap to the burbs! And while I am excited for this transition, I’m saddened
that is comes at the cost of loosing Thecla, our nanny. She has been an important part of our family for the last two years. You only need to watch her a minute to see how much she loves and cares for our daughter and son. She has a true passion for taking
care of children. Thecla is a supremely reliable and professional nanny, and any family would be lucky to have her! She is always on time and enthusiastic to do her job. Prior to working for us she worked with a family for 10 years and 5yrs before that!
Our daughter is now 2 years old but was born extremely premature. After 3 months in the NICU it was very important, for us, to find someone to put our complete trust in. We have
never had one second of concern leaving our daughter in her care. We were blessed with a second child, our son, earlier this year. I made the decision to stay home throughout my 2nd pregnancy, so I have seen first-hand day-in and day-out how amazing
she is with our kids! I know I am biased, but I have a pretty terrific two year old and I attribute a lot of that to Thecla! She is always finding activities to keep her learning and fully engaged.
If you know of anyone in Manhattan or Brooklyn seeking a full-time nanny, please feel free to share this note and have them contact me at
meghan.d...@gmail.com, and I will be happy to discuss my experience with Thecla and put them in touch with her. She will be available to start September 1
st.
Warm regards,
Meghan
