Dear Gabi,
Dear Club Members, Many Friends and Patrons,
All those who worked so hard to make this Festival a success, you did succeed!
With great regret, I was not able to take part, but my children, their many friends from New York, Connecticut and New Jersey were there.
They enjoyed the programs, the entertainment, the smooth set-up everywhere.
They tried most of the food and loved them all. One of them had the combination plate (I think that’s what it was called) and he raved about the pecsenye sandwich. Just to mention one.
After the weeks and months of preparations, the planning, the emails asking (begging) for volunteers, it is now over, it is now a little anti-climatic.
I am not a spokeperson for anyone, but thought you deserve to hear some opinions and a big thank you for all your efforts and hard work.
Even the weather cooperated, the little sprinkle was „refreshing” according to my children.
Excuse me that I write in english, but I think some of the friends, patrons, helpers don’t speak or read hungarian and would like to have a little „feedback” (I am not up to write in both languages)
I don’t really know to whom I should address this, I don’t have a mailing list either but I trust that Gabi was one of the forces behind it all and I trust she will take care of it.
