Dear Fellow Hungarians,
I am reaching out with a heartfelt request for assistance.
I am the leader of Pajtárs Mozgalom (Pajtárs Children’s Movement), which we established four years ago together with László Toroczkai. Since then, we have organized free summer camps every year for Hungarian children, giving them the opportunity to experience nature, build friendships, and participate in enriching programs.
Last year we hosted 200 children at the beautiful Tisza Lake in Sarud. This year, however, the continuation of these free camps is in serious jeopardy due to the loss of our previous funding. To be able to offer the free camp again this summer for the children who are counting on it, we urgently need to raise the necessary funds in the coming weeks.
We are doing everything we can to save this valuable initiative, and I am turning to the Hungarian-American community for support.
I would be incredibly grateful if you could help us by sharing this appeal with Hungarian organizations, churches, cultural groups, or individuals in the United States who might be willing to support this cause.
