Hello , this morning I received this email from you ( screenshot below ) and that my team will be blocked etc , I'm not aware that I'm starting a team , rather I don't remember because I've been using DropBox for 10 months and I have the Basic plan or the free one . My point is that I don't want to lose my files because there are folders of my minecraft modpack via Technic Launcher , and most importantly dropbox suits me and it's the only one that works :d . And most importantly I don't even know how it's meant to be Team , please explain more . Thank you

I saw in our backend that you have filled out a ticket. For your reference, your ticket number is #926710. I have escalated internally. Our support team will reply you to confirm you asap. Thanks for your patience in the meantime
Can you please escalate the case and get our account unlocked. It is really inconvenience for you support to reply once a day and then when a ticket is raised support to say, i am looking at it be patient.
Hi there,
Sorry to hear this is happening! Unfortunately, in the Forum, we -community support specialist- can only escalate internally your ticket. The positive note is that I see in our backend that the support team is working on it, and the case is still being reviewed. They will be back in touch as soon as they have more information. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
Hey @Laura_Doxford,
I checked on our backend that you are in conversation with the support team and they are currently working on your case. Please continue the conversation via email so the support team can assist you, thank you!
@Gia Thinh your suggestion works when I am using sheets. However, my issue is with the Dynamic view. I noticed that even when a row is locked in a sheet, it is still editable in Dynamic View....or am I able to edit it because I am the Dynamic View and the sheet's admin?
We have template project plans that we use and copy down to each project. We want to initiate a best practice with this meaning that the actual project activity itself are not 'editable or removeable', but there may be columns within that row that a user needs the freedom to change, such as a (1) stage, (2) add an owner or list of owners (3) modify a column of details in that same row, or (4) still add a comment.
This is my first semester using Canvas and I am accustomed to Google Classroom. It's very different and I am not very savvy in computer-speak. The issue is images and pdf's. For some reason when I upload pictures, students can't see them and instead see a lock. Also, when I upload PDF's, students can't see them. The pdf's are mine. I created and downloaded them, but they can't be seen on my Canvas page by anyone but me. I'm just very frutrated and confused. Can anyone tell me what to do step-by-step in easy to understand terms?
PDF and image visibility: there's two ways to make these things visible to your students as far as I understand. You can choose to make your Files visible on your Canvas page (settings > navigation > drag "Files" in the top most category) or you can embed the files into whatever page you wish to use them in. I think making Files visible in your sidebar is sloppy, so I embed my PDFs instead using these instructions!
A faculty member just called about the locked PDF issue for a pdf file placed on a Page. I've taught them to also set the pdf to auto-open in preview window. The student encounters a "this file is still processing" notice when they arrive at the page, and clicking the file name results in a "this file is locked" message. In both cases, the student can't access the file.
We looked for the document in the course Files area, and it was not published! Publishing such an uploaded document is not part of the typical add-a-pdf-to-a-Page workflow, so we were very confused as to why the document wasn't currently published. Marking it published in Files resolved the problem. Could be similar situation with your locked images.
I am using a system directed mobile device menu for sales work, i get given the first work to process and for whatever reason (hometime, break time or ignorance) i log out without cancelling out of the mobile menu item i am using to give me this system directed work.
The Split Work function works. In a dev box I managed to lock a Work item to my user in the W/H App. Scenario - connected to desktop W/H App and the locked Work appeared. Cancel in WH APP returned Error, only option was to close WH App. The Split Work function in Warehouse Management released my user.
Use the reverse of binding. Select each element that is bound to a field in the collection and remove the binding, making the element just a standard element. When all your bindings are removed, the collection will be unlocked.
I have tried deleting the legend and creating a new one. I have tried creating a new layout. I have tried removing layers and re-importing them from the database. I have re-started the application. None of these has solved the issue.
The only difference I noticed in you images was that it said [multiple items] which makes me think that "whatever" .. has to do with the fact that something is applying to multiple items. Is this a complex legend? Just a project from 2.4 or prior? I would check within the table of contents and see if the participating featureclass layers have something applied to them
Unless I have no features in the Legend at all, it always says [multiple items] for me. Not all of my features are local, some are on the Internet and some are on ArcGIS Online. I also have group layers.
I discovered something else. I opened a project created in Pro 2.4 (or earlier), and the Legend worked OK. Until I saved the project, then it did not work anymore. So I'm pretty sure this is a 2.5 bug, but I'm not sure what conditions trigger it.
Here is an example. In this layout I have a legend with 3 items, Capital, River and States by Region. Note that the layer name is positioned to the left of the symbol for Capital and River, while the layer name States by Region is above the symbols.
When I click the "Show properties..." button in the Element (Legend) pane the Element pane switches to the "[multiple items]" pane. Note that all the legend items are select in the Contents Pane (left side of the screenshot).
The "gray" box next to Layer name" indicates that the layer name for all the selected elements do not share the same properties. Some could be visible, while others are not. Or, as in this case, the positioning of the text name text is not consistent for all selected items.
If you wish to change properties for a single (or a sub set) of legend items select the item(s) you want to work with from the Contents pane as shown in this example. Here I turned off Layer name and rearrange the label and patch order.
These property changes ONLY affect the selected legend items. If I select ALL the legend items again, after turning Capital layer name off, I see that I get the "gray box" next to layer name indicating a property "mismatch" amonth the selected items. Layer name for Capital item is off, while the layer name for the other elements is on.
Thank you, but doesn't solve my issue. If I create a brand new legend, all features are in the legend, and when I look at properties, the Group Layer name level is greyed out, though I haven't made any modifications to any feature label. Nothing I do to that legend, except remove every single feature, brings the group layer name back to unlocked. So the issue is not that I've set different properties.
I've attached a screen snip. On the right is the properties panel with Group Layer name greyed out. On the left is a portion of the Legend layers, all are selected, even those not visible, and those that are off the screen. Below are the features, showing the students group layer as turned on. The Legend showing on the map has these layers properly ordered (I've changed the order but nothing else). But the group layer name is on, and I don't want it to be, and I can't turn it off because the group layer name box is greyed out.
If you've attached a new screenshot as opposed to the 2 provided in the original post, they do not seem to be available. However, I believe your issue is that you want to turn the visibility of the Group Layer Name (students group layer) and do not know how to do this. Group layer name support is a recent addition to Pro - see
This is a bit tricky because the legend list is flat, while the layer list in the map can be nested with group layers and groups within groups. This allows you to split group layer items within a legend.
The visibility of the Group Layer Name item is controlled by the top-most member of the group that is present in the legend. For example, if I have group USA with layers City, Road and State. City is the top-most member of the group and its legend item controls the visibility of the Group layer name.
In order to successfully toggle the visibility of the the Group layer name the top-most member layer of the group needs to be in the legend and this item needs to be listed above all the other elements of the group. If the top-most sub-layer is not the top-most legend item toggling the visibility does not work. This is a bug.
I did figure out a work-around. I create a new legend and format it the way I want, then remove every item from the legend list, so that I can click off the Group Layer name item in properties, then add back in the items I need by dragging from the map list.
