Hi, All members,

Except MIT Fund Raising Concert on 5/25, Our Boston Aid Sichuan Committee will work with GBCCA to sponsor another big event "Walk for China Earth Quake Relief" on 5/31 Saturday.

"Walk for China Earth Quake Relief" was proposal of GBCCA, The proposal got very positive response from members who attend the meeting on 5/14

After GBCCA work very hard in such short time, the permit for walk will be proved by city tomorrow. Thanks GBCCA!!

" Walk committee' had a meeting last night at GBCCA. Here is what we decided,

Date & Time: Saturday, 5/31, 10am-2pm

Place: Boston Commons
What: 3 mile Walk inside of Boston Commons and outdoor performance
Registration Fee: $10 for a adult (Note: The fee including cost for T shirts and other necessary cost, any money left after cost will go to donation fund)
Donation: A adult participator contribute donate at least $25, you may collect the money from your friends, co-workers or company. Teenage and kids are not request for the donation.
Form for donation:
1. Check or Cash pay to American Red Cross or Tzu-Chi directly, please see form attached.
2. Check or Cash pay to GBCCA/Earthquake Relief, and show "to Tzu-Chi (or American Red Cross)' under memo, the form will be sent to you soon

Action of each group:

1.    Forward the walk information to your members as soon as possible

2.    If you can please give us an estimate number how many your members may participate the event.

3.    Co-operate with "walk Committee", we will send a email later to ask volunteers for the Walk service

Please pay attention to all emails about walk we will send more detail later.
