§ Experience in analysis, maintenance and development of .NET Windows application
§ Experience in maintenance and development using VB.NET, C#.NET, VSS, XML
§ Experience in maintenance of Windows application
§ Good problem solving skills
§ Should be able to understand the requirement clearly and deliver on quality and timelines
§ Should be able to guide team members towards project delivery goals
§ Exposure to working in onsite-offshore model
