I've written most of the Hummingbird Ccsds ASM, frame and packet work in C++ for arduino. Packet decoding still needs to be implemented.

Code is on github here if you are interested: https://github.com/markjohndoyle/gamgee

There is still plenty of work and testing to do. The aim is to get to a position where we can create a few rudimentary commands which we can define in a hummingbird space system model. We'll have an extensible piece of hardware then with which to demo anything. Arduino allows you to pretty much create anything; we could attach it to a buggy, a robotic arm, a set of model power lines, anything really. It's a nice way of demonstrating the monitoring and control framework (i.e. Hummingbird) and highlighting how it's not necessarily space specific.

Cool.

On the new site I created the subpage 'Projects' to document this kind of Hummingbird related projects. See http://109.239.48.202/drupal6/?q=projects.

I have put the Lego robot in there. Similar idea.

Cheers,
G.
