· Planning and monitoring the project activities. · Develop and execute communication plan. · Ensuring adequacy of resources for work to be carried out · Coordinating change management activities. · Providing support in risk management with mitigation and contingency plans · Providing/obtaining timely formal sign-off for all project deliverables · Ensuring timely inputs/clarifications sought by the team and resolution of all issues · Reporting the status of the activities · Holding status/review meetings: - Project progress against plans - Pending Issues - Other matters requiring attention · Project management experience, especially in multiple project integration. · Meeting facilitation experience. · Must have good organization and communication skills. · Ability to direct resources of assigned projects activities to ensure compliance and quality standards of project plans. · PMBOK certified is a plus

Cognos SDK Developers US Citizen must
|
· Development and enhancement of Cognos portal through Cognos SDK · Develop POCs as required · Integration of the Cognos environments with Enterprise environments such as Proxy, Enterprise Portals, Web Single Sign-on (WSSO), and mobile devices. · Troubleshoot and resolve the applications or integrations issues. · Perform testing and assist in performance and scalability testing · Experience with IBM Cognos SDK development and Business Intelligence Technologies · Experience with Java Web-based application development with Struts framework, Java Script, JSP and Servlet · Several projects’ experience with Service Oriental Architecture (SOA) and Web service J2EE, SunOne LDAP or Microsoft Active Directory development with JNDI, Tomcat application server with Axis experience · Relational database design for Oracle, Teradata and Microsoft SQL Server
