Updates

Hello dear friends!

I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July and a fun and relaxing weekend.

A few updates:
1) We have booked the location for the gala. Yay!
2) The registration form is complete. Thank you Tricia and Trami
3) The online registration form is done. Thank you Loc.
4) The banners are done. Thank you Hai. Please use them everyone. :)
5) The english announcement is complete. We are waiting for the Vietnamese one. (I have attached them for your reference.)

We have a lot accomplished, and we have some more to go....so let's keep the energy and momentum going. :)

We also have a meeting this THURSDAY, JULY 12th at 7:30pm at the same location on Magnolia and Hazard.
Please email me and let me know if you will or will not attend. I hope to see everyone!

I am so excited for the conference now that we are getting things done (yet more work to do until the event is over).  Unfortunately, I have an event on Thursday, I won't be able to attend the meeting.  But please keep me posted.
