Hello everyone!

I hope everyone is doing well.

I would like to update you with the following prior to the meeting:

Tram has completed the sponsorship letter and we're waiting on the Vietnamese version.
Nick has sent out an email to the list servs and has also created a video.
Waiting on James for the Fliers and Tickets.
The Invitations is being finalized and will be done.
The Conference Program is Finalized.
Working to complete the Benefit Dinner Program.

One note that I strongly encourage everyone is to get people to register for the conference and the Benefit Dinner. I have attached the registration in the email. Please have your friends and family fill it out and send it to va...@vietact.org. Please do the same for yourself as well. Thank you!
